The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Researcher and Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative and analytical product person with a strong background in user research within enterprisefacing startups or highgrowth companies as well as handson design experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding enterprise user needs and translating them into actionable design solutions that drive success.

Your role in our team

• Conduct user research to uncover insights into user behaviors needs and pain points especially in enterprise contexts and utilize these insights to inform product decisions and build great products.
• Be a trusted partner to product managers and collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively engage with enterprise customers and overcome challenges in sourcing research participants. This includes a proven track record of devising and implementing innovative outreach strategies.
• Demonstrated experience in embracing changes and thriving in a fast and agile startuplike environment expect to iterate quickly and often building on each customer conversation rather than treating research as discrete projects.
• Leverage your SaaS or enterprisefacing background to inform research techniques and design decisions ensuring our products not only meet user needs but also make business sense.
• Design and prototype with a focus on responsive and adaptive design principles ensuring a seamless and accessible user experience across all devices.
• Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs incorporating feedback to refine the product continuously.
• Mentor other designers and product managers on user research methodologies while staying close to product and design trends to drive continuous improvement.

What youll bring

• Over 5 years of relevant experience with product or user research in enterprisefacing or highgrowth companies and some experience in handson design.
• Previous experience in a SaaS environment or working on complex webbased enterprise applications in particular enterprise user research and design.
• Previous experience working in a startup/ scaleup or fast growth environment eager to embrace changes iterate quickly see challenges as opportunities.
• Previous experience achieving meaningful impact (moving the needle of a key business or product metric) and being able to make good decisions based on business context product data and user understanding.
• Confident German speaker able to conduct interviews in German.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools backed by a strong grasp of design fundamentals.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your skill in product design user research and your ability to tackle complex problems with strategic design thinking.
• Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction Product Management or a related field or equivalent experience.
