Salary Range: $50000.00 $80000.00

Commission Structure: Perm Division is 40% and Contract Division is 12%

• 2 years of experience
• Must have agency staffing experience

Responsibilities

• Recruitment for all Healthcare roles
• Establishing building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
• Building a network of candidates utilizing many tools and systems provided to you.
• Being creative and coming up with strategies to recruit active and passive candidates.
• Work towards crushing goals and continued development

Candidate Requirements

• 2 years of experience preferred. May consider someone with less if they have a good record of success.
