Senior ERP Consultant mfd - Finance

Tasks

• Take on an expert role for complex Finance Accounting and Controlling ERP solutions and processes
• Join largescale ERP implementation projects based on Odoo as an expert for Finance ERP and conduct subprojects independently
• Demonstrate consistent support to our customers as their point of contact regarding Finance ERP topics throughout projects
• Professionally lead and mentor our ambitious Junior Consultants fostering their professional growth and development
• Constanlty shape and improve our internal business processes for an entire business unit
• Design intelligent business IT architectures and automated ERP solutions to streamline operations enhance efficiency and ensure compliance
• Steer the development of software customizations and internal products
• Lead workshops pitches and change management initiatives for our customers ensuring smooth transitions and effective project execution

Requirements

• At least 4 years of work experience with 2 years as an ERP key user ERP Consultant or IT Consultant or 2 years as an accountant
• Expert knowledge of Finance Accounting & Controlling processes specific to German law
• Experience with Finance related business IT and software such as Payment or Accountingsystems
• Higher education in a business or ITrelated field ideally with a Finance or Accounting specialisation
• Ideally first experience in leadership and mentoring
• Very fast comprehension skills analytical way of working & high commitment
• Passion for challenging projects and smart solutions
• English & German language fluency of C1 is required
