Senior Design Engineer Static Equipment

• Design and detailed engineering of pressure vessels and process columns according to industry standards and codes such as ASME and TEMA.
• Proficiency in ASME Section VIII Div.1 & 2 TEMA and ASME Section II.
• Utilize design software like PVElite and AutoCAD for project requirements.
• Familiarity with material specifications commonly used for pressure vessels and process columns.
• Conduct design calculations stress analysis and review of drawings.
• Ensure accuracy in the bill of materials and documentation and maintain records as per relevant standards.
• Review inquiry specification sheets and drawings provided by clients/consultants providing appropriate outputs.
• Collaborate with engineering consultants external suppliers and clients to finalize requirements and specifications.
• Lead designrelated activities for ASME U stamp audits and ISO audits.
• Close coordination with Projects Procurement Shop Planning Production and Quality functions to meet technical requirements as per contract.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proven experience in design engineering within the petrochemical or refinery industry.
• Bachelors or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in design software and industry codes.
• Ability to work effectively within crossfunctional teams.
