The Opportunity

Do you enjoy the prospect of driving and maximizing customer success for our unique products?

Being part of the Customer Experience Team, you will get to enable not only our reseller partners but also end customers to understand the product, ensure their own growth and make them successful while using the innovative NavVis Technology!
The exciting opportunity to leverage your skills further to equip our customers to tap into the full potential of our solutions awaits you! Equipped with a deep understanding of our reality capture system, you will take ownership of the customer onboarding processes and continue through the adoption cycle to enable them to achieve the best possible results. You will be deeply involved in using your technical knowledge, to transform the scale of our products in the EMEA Reseller world, together with our reseller account executive.

How you will make an impact

  • You will have the opportunity to drive Reseller onboarding processes and ensure successful customer support in the early adoption phases
  • You will be closely involved in maintaining active relationships with key resellers, building a rapport, understanding their business needs, and synthesizing these needs to communicate internally to a range of stakeholders
  • You will ensure and sustain open channels of communication with our reseller customer and internal teams, servicing as the point of contact for escalating issues, driving collaboration and communication to resolve them
  • You will be at the forefront of effectively identifying common issues or questions and using these to drive training plans and documentation in partnership with our Customer Education team
  • You will closely work with our EMEA reseller executive, proactively identifying opportunities to increase adoption or grow usage in reseller accounts

What you need to succeed in the role

  • A Bachelors or Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Geosystem, Civil engineering or Computer Science will help you easily understand our technology
  • Business fluency in written & spoken English, any other European or MEA languages is a plus (French, Arabic, etc.,)
  • If you bring rock-solid B2B technical account management, you will efficiently build up the trust and face quick success in your position
  • Your expertise in Reseller management will help you better understand the pain-points within the reseller channels and ensure reseller success with our technology
  • Your exceptional organization and communication skills will enable you to create the right enablement approaches to achieve success
  • Ideally, you are willing to travel across EMEA to understand the technical needs as well as the cultural differences in the region
  • If you are an ambitious self-starter, you'll have no trouble keeping up with our fast-paced environment full of enthusiastic experts with a keen affinity for our technology
  • Work authorization for Germany
