Overview:
As a Senior Counselor you play a vital role in providing guidance and support to individuals dealing with various personal and emotional challenges. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree.
Minimum 3 6 years of experience in educational counseling or advising preferably in a higher
education or training institute.
Strong knowledge of educational systems academic programs and career pathways.
Excellent communication listening and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic and supportive approach to counseling students from diverse backgrounds.
Familiarity with assessment tools career inventories and counseling techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
