Senior Business Systems Analyst (Archer)

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst for one of our clients in the insurance industry.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $75 to $88. based on experience.
9month contract with potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position 37.50 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit define and develop strategic deliverables for complex initiatives leading business requirements gathering sessions.
Work closely with your team to prioritize requirements in Agile backlogs aligning with business objectives and user needs.
Engage in iterative development cycles participating in Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives for successful delivery and improvement.
Apply Agile principles to support communication and alignment between business operations and IT.
Utilize Agile techniques for effective requirements gathering analysis and prioritization.
Provide technical guidance to anticipate business implications from changes and advancements.
Analyze business processes systems and data for improvement and innovation opportunities.
Develop comprehensive recommendations to resolve complex challenges leveraging expertise and industry best practices.
Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts managing application risk assessments and conducting testing activities.
Collaborate across teams to document processes contribute to user documentation provide training and support application rollout.
Partner with stakeholders to plan develop implement and support transformative systems.
Review designs test strategies and plans for alignment with strategic objectives and requirements.
Drive process improvements by leveraging expertise and industry insights.
Triage business requests gather estimates and facilitate resource allocation efficiently.
Identify critical gaps propose effective strategies to manage dependencies.
Employ appropriate approaches questioning techniques and active listening to overcome challenges.
What you will need to succeed:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
5 years of IT practice experience on the Archer platform.
Progressive experience as a Business Analyst/Business Systems Analyst or similar roles demonstrating increased responsibilities and leadership.
Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban with a strong understanding of Agile principles practices and ceremonies.
Working in crossfunctional Agile teams collaborating closely with developers testers and other stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.
Adapting quickly to changing requirements and priorities leveraging Agile frameworks to pivot and deliver value iteratively.
Strong collaborator with a proven record of success in a team environment.
Customer and resultsfocused able to work with clients to understand and act based on their needs assess risks and achieve valued results.
Commitment to authenticity bringing genuine self to work each day and dedicating energy to delivering exceptional results.
Strong communication skills understanding and accurately interpreting verbal and written messages.

Analysis skills breaking down highlevel business requirements into detail by questioning and probing for clarification.
Proven ability to produce project documentation including business functional/nonfunctional and user requirement documents process and data maps use cases traceability matrices report specifications implementation and test plans.
Innovative looking for new sometimes unconventional approaches to successful delivery.
Team player enabling and inspiring others assisting team members to meet common goals and timelines and supporting the Project Manager for timely and budgeted delivery.
Facilitation skills guiding and keeping a group on track recognizing issues that need to be addressed ensuring everyone is heard and guiding collaborative decisionmaking to achieve team goals.
Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry including a deep understanding of relevant business processes systems and capabilities. Preferred.
Proficiency in privacy compliance control and security requirements within the financial sector. Preferred.
Passionate about client satisfaction technology advancements and the transformative impact of emerging/disruptive technologies. Preferred.
