Tasks

Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master with us youll guide two scrum teams and assist them in optimizing processes. Youll play an active role in the Scrum Master Community of Practice where the goal is to continuously improve our Agile way of working.

Responsibilities:

• Guiding scrum teams to achieve set (sprint) goals.
• Identifying and removing blockers hindering progress.
• Mentoring team members and challenging them to arrive at the best solutions.
• Exploring new opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• Completed (relevant) bachelors degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certification PSM I and/or PSM II.
• Knowledge of SAFe (best practice framework)
