Salesforce Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce platform and extensive experience in consulting with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. The Salesforce Consultant will play a key role in driving successful Salesforce implementations guiding clients through the entire project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives and recommend Salesforce solutions that meet their needs.
  
• Lead discovery workshops requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder interviews to elicit and document business requirements.
  
• Analyze and document current business processes pain points and opportunities for improvement and design futurestate processes using Salesforce best practices.
  
• Configure and customize Salesforce to address client requirements including but not limited to creating custom objects fields workflows process builder flows and reports.
  
• Develop and deliver comprehensive solution design documents including data models system architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
  
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers architects and project managers to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  
• Stay current on Salesforce platform updates new features and industry trends and share knowledge with the team and clients.
  
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce implementations including troubleshooting issues optimizing performance and implementing enhancements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.
  
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desired.
  
• Experience working with Salesforce including configuration customization and implementation.
  
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture data model security model and integration capabilities.
  
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and propose innovative solutions.
