We are looking to add a Sales Support Specialist to our Commercial team based in London or Norwich Frequent travel between sites will be required.
Job Summary:
As a Sales Support Consultant at Tiger Eye you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by showcasing the value and capabilities of our products to new and existing clients. You will be responsible for delivering impactful product demonstrations and presentations that align with the clients needs and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of our products possess excellent communication skills and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Demonstrations:
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
- Showcase the key features and benefits of our products addressing client pain points effectively.
Client Presentations:
- Collaborate with the commercial team to understand client requirements and tailor presentations accordingly.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products to diverse audiences including Senior Partners Directors Lawyers and IT teams.
Technical Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of all our products staying updated on new features and enhancements.
- Provide technical insights and guidance to clients during demonstrations and presentations.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the commercial marketing and product development teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Gather feedback from client interactions and communicate insights to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- Ensure client expectations are clearly articulated to the professional services delivery team.
Client Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor offering solutions that align with the clients objectives.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Handson experience of working with and delivering Legal applications ideally iManage or another Document Management Solution.
- Experience designing cloud migration strategies.
- Good understanding of cloud security compliance and governance.
- Experience designing functional Data protection solutions around SPM.
- Handson experience in creating and presenting products and software solution business cases and ROI analysis.
- Training or Teaching experience would be considered beneficial

- Salary: UptoPA DOE OTE
- Office Hours: MonFri 9am5.30pm. Hybrid working (2 days per week in our Norwich Office).
