Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and interact with customers offering assistance with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  
• Sales Efficiency: Drive sales through engaging customer interactions and excellent product knowledge. Utilize upselling and crossselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
  
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of all the products available in the store. Keep uptodate with new products and trends.
  
• Inventory Management: Assist in stock management tasks such as receiving shipments organizing stock replenishing shelves and conducting inventory checks.
  
• Store Maintenance: Ensure the sales floor is clean organized and wellmaintained. Assist in visual merchandising to ensure products are displayed attractively.
  
• Transaction Handling: Operate registers manage financial transactions accurately and handle cash and card payments securely.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
