Your Mission

As our new Sales Manager you will be part of the Sales organization and report to the Team Lead Head of Sales (Baltics). You will play a pivotal role in our sales team working towards capturing opportunities in the thriving and expansive Lithuanians market.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive new sales and upsales. You will together with the Team Lead Head of Sales for Baltics have a crucial role in expanding the supply side offering in the Lithuania.

Core Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and engagement with key decisionmakers
  • Call prospects and customers and conduct meetings (mainly digitally)
  • Handle the new sales and upsales process all the way to a closed deal and initial onboarding
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
  • Maintain accurate sales records and regularly update the CRM system
  • Stay abreast of the public procurement market in the Lithuania and leverage domain knowledge to drive sales growth


Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience in sales and high drive for results
  • A growth mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Lithuanian language and preferably English


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience from highvelocity sales
  • Knowledge of the public procurement market in the Lithuania is highly desirable
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Start date: As soon as possible

Duration: Full time

Working hours:Hybrid remote

Location: Lithuania Vilnius

Salary range: EUR and 50% of On Target Earning
