• with experience in IT sales: ideally programming courses or other educational products (23 years) B2C sales;
• sociable customeroriented patient and motivated;
• selforganized;
• knows English at Level B2;
• has an interest in IT and Education fields.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• process leads over the phone;
• customer support at all stages: from the moment of establishing contact to closing the deal;
• work with the CRM;
• personal reporting;
• work with the client base and its development.
