My client is a young dynamic and rapidly expanding company that is integrated into a Swiss industrial group of companies. It offers unique solutions for a wide range of customers in production logistics and the manufacturing industry. Various countries in Europe are already being served very successfully. It has also acquired important customers in the Czech Republic with very positive feedback.

Tasks

After a thorough training programme and with support you will continue to expand the Czech Republic in a targeted manner. In addition to the support and further development of existing customers you will also continuously acquire many new ones. You will be supported by an external agency in contacting customers by telephone and arranging appointments so that you can concentrate on the customer meeting and prepare yourself optimally. You will convince and win new customers constantly monitor market developments target groups and the competition and integrate these findings into your planning in order to continuously develop the market. You will report directly to the Head of Europe East (based in Switzerland) and work from your home office but you will mainly be out in the field visiting customers.

Requirements

We are looking for a strong sales personality who is used to convincing customers in a serviceorientated manner and persuading them with factbased arguments. You have already gained experience in sales (field sales) of services or products that require explanation. Ideally you have already been able to establish personal contacts with companies from the industrial environment commercial enterprises or logistics companies in the Czech Republic. You are communicative and extremely customer and solutionorientated but also strong in closing deals. You are proficient in using modern communication tools.
