Our Client is Hiring: Sales Executives

Are you a dynamic and resultsdriven individual with a passion for sales Our client a leading company in the service industry is seeking Sales Executives to join their team in multiple locations across Kenya: Nairobi Mombasa Kisumu Eldoret and Nakuru.

Location: Nairobi Mombasa Kisumu Eldoret and Nakuru (1 position available in each location).

Contract Term: 1 year with a 3month probation period.

Remuneration Package: Competitive salary commission and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
  
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate leads.
  
• Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients highlighting the benefits of our services.
  
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  
• Keep abreast of industry trends competitors and market conditions.
  

Requirements

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
   
2. B2B sales experience is a must.
   
3. Proven experience in selling pest control cleaning maintenance and repairs manpower supply and catering services.
   
4. Minimum education of a degree or diploma.
