Position: Sales Development Manager

Experience: Minimum 6 Months of Experience in BFSI Sales

CTC: 3.00 LPA Variable Pay Other Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the Banca sales through assigned bank branches.
• The candidate has to handle tieup banks.
• To close the leads provided by the company.
• Handle the walkin customer.
• Do crossselling.
• Train the assigned bank sales team to push the products.

• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
• Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
• Willing to travel in the designated region/city
• Local Language preferred
