RPA Developer - Automation Anywhere

Required Qualifications :

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Automation anywhere (AA) Experience as a developer
• Experience in AA and its tools including A11/A360/AARI/Control Room/Queue
• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Implementation and System Testing
• Experience with Business and Technical requirements
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong Problem-Solving and Analytics skills to understand complex requirements, define advanced technical/functional solutions, troubleshoot issues, and identify fixes
• Demonstrated desire for continuous improvement and learning
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of clients and vendors across multiple disciplines
• Proficient in analyzing complex systems (applications/data structures) and their associated relationships.

Preferred Qualifications :

• AA Certifications in V11 and A360 Recent
• Hands-on experience in IQ Bot /Meta Bot / Task Bot
• Technically Proficient in both Windows and Linux server operating systems
• Data visualization skills using PowerBI or other package
• Understanding of XML and XSD structures
• Understanding APIs
• Familiarity with process mapping/mining tools.
• Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM), Retail Pharmacy and/or Healthcare experience

Education :

Bachelor's degree in a technical or information management field or related technical experience required
