Responsibilities:

• Install maintain and repair plumbing systems in residential properties.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnose plumbing issues.
• Perform necessary repairs and replacements of pipes fixtures and other plumbing components.
• Install and maintain water heaters pumps and other plumbing equipment.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
• Communicate with clients to address any concerns and provide recommendations for plumbing solutions.
• Document and keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Continuously improve knowledge and skills through training and staying updated with industry advancements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum tradesman or journeyman license (current and active)
• Solid and tenured work history preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with plumbing repair including leak location tankless water heaters water filtration tank type water heaters all types of plumbing fixtures drain cleaning and drain line replacement.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Technical abilities to operate an IPAD and IPHONE utilizing Service Titan
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the job including lifting and carrying heavy objects.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
