What Youll Be Doing:

• As the frontline ambassador for quality initiatives related to interior trim youll ensure a seamless flow of feedback and actions that elevate performance and customer contentment for my prestigious client.
• Youll be responsible for upholding safety environmental protection and energy management standards aligning with stringent policies and IATF16949 Management System procedures.
• Engage directly with the client as the primary contact for product quality concerns leveraging your expertise to develop solutions including onsite training sorting and rework activities.
• Analyze product reject information determine responsibility and implement corrective actions at the clients site to maintain superior quality standards.
• Your role will encompass auditing documentation and the proactive implementation of corrective measures to continuously improve quality and performance.

What It Takes:

• A Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related field or an equivalent mix of education and handson experience in the automotive quality sector particularly with interior trim.
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industrys quality domain with comprehensive knowledge of IATF16949 and proficiency in 8D problemsolving techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills in English with proficiency in MS Office. Additional languages such as German or Spanish are advantageous.
• Youre an analytical thinker with a knack for managing information troubleshooting and performing under pressure.
