Job Responsibilities:

• The Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Lead provides endtoend solutions that address clients business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications with the ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design endtoend solutions using Oracle Cloud applications.
• Design handson configuration testing deployment training and release management of Oracle Cloud HCM applications.
• Resolve functional and technical issues.
• Be an active member within clients Oracle technology communities.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1215 Years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll endtoend implementation experience.
• Should have completed more than three full implementation projects in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Candidates with HR with Benefits Time and Labor Absence Management and Fast Formula with multiOrg experience would be preferred.
• Lead all workshops (Process design configuration test and validate) Agile methodology and act as lead for Cloud Payroll Implementation.
• Provide functional application leadership and guidance to a team based both in the US and India
• Have a positive dynamic and flexible attitude and should be an excellent team player.
• Has excellent English spoken and written language communication skills
• Conduct workshops and advise the client on the best practices for adoption of the solution
• Configure the system to match the business requirements and system design
• Demonstrate the solution in design playback sessions
• Create workbooks and documentation to support the system design
• Build trusted relationships with the client and manage their expectations on delivery within the scope.
• Transfer product knowledge to the project team and the client via knowledge transfer.
• Display persistence to complete tasks and the rigor to ensure the solutions are thoroughly tested.
