Job Description: As a Sales Agent your primary responsibility is to facilitate the sale of products or services to clients in a professional and efficient manner. This role involves interacting with clients providing quotes and communicating with direct vendors to ensure a smooth sales process.    • Participate in training sessions to develop product knowledge sales techniques and customer service skills.
     
   • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to products/services.
     

5. Documentation:
   

   • Maintain accurate records of client interactions quotes and sales activities.
     

6. Customer Service:
   

   • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries resolving issues and ensuring overall satisfaction.
