Remote Front-end Vue Engineer (GraphQL, HTML and CSS)

Only candidates with 3+ years of overall software development experience are eligible for this role.

Turing is looking to hire a remote Front-end Vue Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing company providing audiences with an interactive, digital, hybrid, and in-person event experience. The developer will be primarily responsible for developing, building, and scaling the front-end platform to create an efficient and immersive user experience. The company’s all-inclusive and customizable event management platform makes it easier to plan, execute, and relive event experiences. It has managed to raise close to $1 bn in funding so far. This is an excellent opportunity for developers to work on multi-faceted projects and broaden their scope.

Job Responsibilities:

- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
- Build and maintain scalable and well-documented stacks
- Identify errors and fix bugs in the software applications
- Create interactive programs and develop overall concepts to improve the user experience
- Ensure all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers
- Develop and plan the layout of the website
- Spearhead the development and user experience process with an entrepreneurial mindset


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Front-end engineer
- Extensive experience with Vue.js
- Some experience with GraphQL and WebRTC is desirable
- Skilled at building out UI and using HTML and CSS
- Experience building and delivering customer-facing, front-end web applications
- Must possess sound problem-solving skills and be passionate about technical challenges
- Ability to work well with a team as well as independently
