Remote Call Center Technology Specialist IT

Our company Heart Business Solutions (HBS) is looking for an IT specialist, more specifically a Call Center Technology Specialist, who will help in the development of the company's activities in a new market in China, first part of the work will be to find a terminal, a local application for calls (call center), Sip telephony, and Service call center.

Responsibilities:

• Installing new software and hardware components.
• Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
• Assisting with network administration tasks.
• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
• Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
• Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.

Our future specialistneeds to have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with:

• Call Center KPIs and metrics in support of Analysis and Reporting.
• Good knowledge of networking concepts in the Call Center area, and call-center software used in China.
• Our vacancy is fully remote and can have a flexible schedule.
• It would be better if the candidate for this position was in China.
