Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to remote team members, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing communication channels
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making processes
Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to management
Assist with budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement new policies and procedures
Conduct research and provide support on special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
