Registered Nurse - Home Care

Seasoned Recruitment is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team of Home Care professionals. As a Home Care RN you will have the opportunity to provide personalized care and support to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

In this role you will be responsible for assessing patient needs developing and implementing individualized care plans and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. To qualify for this position you must:

• Hold a current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
• Have a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a medical/surgical setting
• Demonstrate excellent clinical and assessment skills
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be selfmotivated organized and able to work independently
• Have a reliable means of transportation and a valid drivers license
