Position: Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the medical pharmaceutical or related industries.

Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Utilize company resources and tools to generate leads and advance the sales process.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate quoting and order processing.

Maintain comprehensive and uptodate records in the CRM system.

Cultivate and manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and success.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams during the order process.

Monitor competitive activity and provide regular reports.

Participate in industry events and activities as directed by leadership.

Continuously update product knowledge and selling techniques.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred

Minimum five years of sales experience

At least one year selling materials such as plastic films vacuum pouches thermoforming films barrier films MAP materials flexible materials etc.

Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM management systems

Current valid drivers license and ability to obtain a passport for travel as required
