Regional Logistics Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Regional Logistics Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for the logistics activities of all facilities in the US and Canada.

This is an ONSITE role in Wendell NC. Relocation is required for nonlocal applicants.

Responsibilities of the Regional Logistics Manager include but are limited to:

• Strategically plan manage and direct freight activities across multiple locations in the region
• Liaise and negotiate with regional carriers to control and improve costs and services
• Direct and manage the warehouses in the NA region.
• Comply with laws regulations and ISO requirements
• Manage budget and operating expenses for all locations
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with trade compliance activity per company policy
• Work with internal teams to improve processes and services for efficiencies
• Manage Travel policy and costs for the region

Requirements :

• Bachelors in Logistics or related fields
• 5 years of experience in carrier negotiation and election mandatory
• 5 years of experience with import/export (both domestic and international) mandatory
• 5 years of warehouse management experience using ERP system preferably multiple locations
• 3 years Trade compliance experience
• Proven work experience as a logistics manager
• Record of successful distribution and logistics management
• Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff remotely
• Proficient in standard logistics software
• Excellent analytical problem solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
