As our Recruitment Agent for Bulgaria you will be responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring job candidates for open positions. Your goal will be to always meet our hiring needs by finding suitable candidates that match with our open positions.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and resourceful individual or small companies to work with us as an independent Recruitment Agent. This individual/company will adhere to professionalism communicate effectively with candidates and assist in achieving our recruitment goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels.

Evaluating applications and screening eligible candidates.

Organising and conducting job interviews.

Building relationships with job seekers.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good decisionmaking skills.
