About the Role:

Were seeking a talented IT Recruiter to join our growing team. Youll play a vital role in identifying attracting and hiring top IT professionals across various technical skill sets.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical needs and requirements.
  
• Source screen and shortlist qualified candidates through diverse channels (LinkedIn meetups referrals etc.).
  
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
  
• Negotiate offers and coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  
• Promote our employer brand and attract top IT professionals.
  

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment.
  
• Strong understanding of various technical skill sets (Java .Net Cloud DevOps etc.).
  
• Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  
• Proven success in sourcing candidates through creative methods.
  
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software.
  
• A gogetter attitude with a passion for exceeding expectations.
