We are having a career opportunity ( Hybrid ) for BPO Recruitment Professionals.
Position: Recruiter / Sr. Recruiter BPO / ITES

If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience sourcing ITES/BPO lateral and experienced talent possess strong domain knowledge of the ITES vertical and excel in using sourcing methodologies to achieve targets then we want to hear from you !!!

Responsibilities:
- Source identify and attract qualified ITES/BPO candidates for lateral and experienced positions
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methodologies to find top talent
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in BPO recruitment (lateral/experienced)
- Strong domain knowledge of the ITES vertical
- Expertise in sourcing methodologies (e.g. Boolean search social media recruiting)
- Targetdriven and resultsoriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection
