Precision Door Service of Central Maryland is seeking a skilled Recruiter/HR professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the recruitment process ensuring all staffing needs are met and attracting top talent to our company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage endtoend recruitment process including sourcing screening interviewing and hiring candidates
• Create and post job listings on various job boards and social media platforms
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates external recruiting agencies and hiring managers
• Conduct background checks and verify references for selected candidates
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
• Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all recruitment activities

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience in recruitment or HR
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems

Desired Experience:

• Experience the home services or construction industry
• Experience with high volume recruiting
• Previous experience in employee onboarding
