East Baybased client is seeking a directhire Real Estate Analyst to provide support for the acquisition operations/functions of the company. This is a hybrid opportunity with a yearly salary budget of up to $105000/year depending upon relevant experience. For further information regarding this opening please attach your resume.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the company's acquisition team in sourcing new deals as needed
- Prepare and manage financial models as they relate to new acquisitions
- Accurately prepare scenario analyses to model potential risks
- Manage investment and new deal documentation
- Conduct market research as needed
- Other duties as needed
- 2 years of experience in finance real estate or related field required
- Prior experience working in Real Estate highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience using Excel (mid to highlevel)
