We are seeking a talented Quantitative Research Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and conducting quantitative research studies to support business objectives and inform decision-making. The Quantitative Research Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze research findings and provide actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct quantitative research studies, including surveys, experiments, and statistical analysis.
- Develop research plans and protocols to ensure studies are conducted in a systematic and rigorous manner.
- Analyze research data using statistical methods to identify key trends and insights.
- Communicate research findings and insights to cross-functional teams in a clear and actionable manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop research objectives and ensure studies align with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quantitative research.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantitative Research Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge and experience in quantitative research methods, including surveys, experiments, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting using statistical software such as SPSS or SAS.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple research studies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Market Research, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
