The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across products/services. This individual should be wellversed in quality processes adept at handling customer interactions and possess expertise in executing methodologies such as 8D SCARS and APQP.

Quality Contro;: Develop implement and manage robust quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain and improve quality standards.

Customer Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for customer qualityrelated queries concerns and feedback. Collaborate with customers to understand their quality expectations and ensure alignment with internal processes.

Problem Resolution: Execute 8D (Eight Disciplines) and SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Request) methodologies to address systematically and resolve quality issues. Lead and participate in crossfunctional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP): Drive the implementation of APQP processes to ensure that quality considerations are integrated into the product development lifecycle. Collaborate to develop and maintain control plans and process flow diagrams.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement measures to enhance overall quality performance. Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to quality processes audits and corrective actions. Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a relevant quality or quality engineering or qualityrelated field.

Proven experience in quality management quality engineering or a related role.

Indepth knowledge of quality methodologies including 8D SCARS and APQP.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with industryspecific quality standards and regulations.
