About the Role

As the QA Manager at Sprouts.ai you will be responsible for leading our Quality Assurance department and ensuring the delivery of highquality software products. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance you will oversee both manual and automation testing efforts driving efficiency and maintaining the highest standards of quality across all projects.

Duties / Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the QA team including hiring training mentoring and performance evaluation.

Develop and implement QA strategies policies procedures and standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness in testing processes.

Define and enforce quality metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and effectiveness of the QA team.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Development Product Management Customer Success and Product Ops to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives.

Oversee the planning design execution and reporting of manual and automated test cases across multiple projects.

Drive the adoption and implementation of test automation frameworks and tools to increase testing efficiency and coverage.

Manage the selection configuration and maintenance of testing tools and infrastructure.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of QA processes and practices to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Plan design and execute load and performance testing strategies to ensure the scalability and reliability of our software products.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to software quality ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Stay updated on industry best practices emerging trends and technologies in Quality Assurance and incorporate them into our processes and methodologies.

Serve as a subject matter expert on QArelated matters providing guidance support and training to team members and stakeholders.

Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns related to product quality and testing processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies tools and best practices.

Experience in both manual and automated testing with proficiency in Selenium.

Experience in load and performance testing methodologies and tools such as JMeter LoadRunner or similar is preferred.

Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies and their application to QA processes.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.

Proven track record of successfully managing QA teams and delivering highquality software products.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
