- Scheduling the procurement of projects and the dates of their receipt, and participating with the procurement manager and project managers in following up the receipt of supplies / services and ensuring that they conform to the specifications and standards according to the estimates of the direct supervisor.
- Updating the database of suppliers and service providers in accordance with the center's policies and procedures
- Participate in the preparation of quotations and bids and follow up the process in accordance with what is stipulated in the institution's system and under the supervision of the director of the department.
