Responsibilities:

1. Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to the fabrication industry ensuring timely and costeffective sourcing of materials while maintaining quality standards.
   

2. Supplier Management: Identify assess and onboard suppliers/vendors within the fabrication sector focusing on quality reliability and costeffectiveness. Foster and maintain strong relationships to ensure a stable supply chain.
   

3. Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with suppliers/vendors to secure favorable terms pricing and contractual agreements aligned with budgetary constraints and quality expectations.
   

4. Purchase Orders: Generate review and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently ensuring compliance with procurement policies and fabrication specifications.
   

5. Inventory Management: Collaborate with inventory management teams to optimize stock levels minimize stock outs and reduce holding costs while meeting fabrication production schedules.
   

6. Quality Assurance: Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure that procured materials meet rigorous quality standards and fabrication specifications.
   

7. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends supplier capabilities and emerging technologies within the fabrication industry to identify costsaving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
   

8. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive procurement records including contracts purchase orders invoices and correspondence. Generate reports on procurement activities vendor performance and costsaving initiatives.
   

Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Any Graduate Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical.
  
• Proven work experience in the Fabrication Industry is a must.
  
• For Purchase Officer (25 years):
  
  • Proven experience of 25 years in procurement within the fabrication industry demonstrating familiarity with fabricationspecific materials and processes.
    
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    
• For Purchase Executive (57 years):
  
  • Demonstrable track record of 57 years in procurement roles within the fabrication industry with expertise in supplier management and procurement strategies.
