Growth of existing department from 3 to 4 physicians

Does the physician cover the ICU?
Yes
2 weeks/month ICU plus 4 hours/day of office 1 week/month LTAC plus 4 hours/day of office 1 week/month 4-6 hours/day of office

Does the practice have an EMR?
Yes
What is the employment arrangement? Is partnership an option?
Employee for 2 years. Partnership upon successfully completing 2nd year.
What is the compensation arrangement?
Base salary $375+ depending on experience, with
opportunity to earn productivity bonus.
Any sign on bonus or loan repayment?
No
Is malpractice insurance covered by practice? What type of coverage does the group carry?
A claims-made policy is provided by the practice. The physician is responsible for their own tail should
they leave the group.
Does the practice offer other benefits?
The physician is granted 15 days of vacation and 1
week for CME; health insurance; 401(k)with 3% match
Does the practice cover CME costs?
Yes, up to $2,500 per year.
Does the practice offer relocation expenses?
Yes
