Project or Operations Manager Director

Hiring Project or Operations Manager/Director for a top fast scaling skincare brand quickly heading to $50M in annual revenue. Newly created position to help CEO and other leadership streamline divisions and projects on the day to day.

*This position is hybrid a couple days on site in office as the team is going through exciting high growth stages! HQd in the LA area.
Will report to and work closely with the CEO as well as other leaders on the day to day. The company is scaling and additional support is needed cross functionally to maintain strong leadership continued growth and exceptional company culture.

• Operational hands on and thought leader ability to step in and help many divisions including: Technical Marketing Creative HR Accounting Supply Chain and other back of the house operations. Come up with solutions to help automate and save time strategic oversight throughout.
• Tech Savvy Ability to utilize many software programs that can be impactful to the business. Help project manage these for impactful utilization company wide
• People leader Essentially a Chief of Staff type role being the right hand to the CEO ensuring business runs smoothly at all times. Can come in and
