Project Manager/Estimator (Must have experience working as an Industrial Electrician)

Pay range: $90000 to $100000 Annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion
Develop and maintain project plans including scope schedule and budget
Coordinate and communicate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project objectives are met
Provide project leadership and guidance to team members
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies

Skills:
Strong knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and their implementation
Proven experience in project leadership managing teams and driving successful outcomes
Familiarity with project management tools such as Redmine or similar systems
Excellent team management and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using collaboration tools like Confluence for documentation and communication purposes
Experience in budgeting and financial management for projects
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to adapt them to suit project needs
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Understanding of product development processes and ability to align projects with business goals
