Project Manager (Security)

This is a remote position.

• Develop a detailed project management plan to track project progress
  
• Run project status meetings, daily stand-ups, site specific project meetings and retrospective meetings
  
• Define the overall scope of the project and prioritize the tasks of the project
  
• Create accurate forecasts for revenue and resource requirements
  
• Conduct a risk assessment to identify risks, and plan a response to treat the risk
  
• Manage project performance with appropriate KPIs
  
• Make recommendations for project improvements
  

• Search and implementation of methods for effective management of the development process;
  
• Ensuring transparency and availability of required information/metrics.
  
• Support employee on-boarding process
  

• Team guidance, training, and coaching
  
• Problem solving;
  

Requirements

• Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban)
  
• Experience with task tracking products (Jira, Trello, etc.)
  
• 3-5 years of experience in PM role
  

• Participate as PM for software development projects
  

• English B2+
  
• Can deal with most communication situations likely to arise
  
• Can produce simple articles on project management related topics
  
• Can describe experiences and events and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.
  

• Written and verbal communication skills
