What you will be doing:

• As a Project Manager you will focus on the companys defense clients, about 10% of their business.


• 50% of your time will be focused on leading new part introductions, taking them from first article into production.


• 50% of your time will be working on inside sales for your customers. This will include RFQs, estimating, quoting, and customer service.


• Your primary duty is to provide world class customer service and be the voice of the customer in daily interactions with engineering, operations, and management are critical to the success of this role.

What they are looking for:

• BS Engineering 3+ years of manufacturing experience working with customers (Associates degree with greater experience will be seriously considered as long as it is technical and customer facing).


• Excellent communication, computer skills, experience using project management tools, and strong technical aptitude are required.


• Actual project management, engineering, or estimating experience in a foundry, machining, or other metals manufacturing environment is a plus.


• Experience in a company supplying the defense industry is also a plus.
