2- Managing and leading the project team in a professional manner, promoting the spirit of teamwork among team members, participating in reviewing and evaluating their work, and making related recommendations according to the applicable policies and procedures.
3-Follow-up and supervision of the implementation of project activities with partner institutions and beneficiaries through the project team and presentation of plan follow-up reports throughout the project period.
