Project Manager Fresher

We are looking for dedicated person who can take the accountability to lead the team & deliver the projects within stipulated timelines with a good knowledge of the technologies.

Job Responsibility:

• Work with team to make sure projects go smoothly.
• Make sure all projects finish on time as planned and without spending too much money.
• Figure out what each project needs to do involving everyone who needs to be involved and making sure it can actually be done.
• Make sure there are enough resources and that theyre used the right way.
• Make a detailed plan for each project to keep track of how things are going.
• Use the right methods to handle any changes in what the project needs to do when it needs to be done and how much it costs.
• Check how well each project is going using the right tools and ways of doing things.
• Keep good relationships with clients and everyone else involved.
• Look at what could go wrong with each project and try to stop those things from happening.
• Make and keep good records of everything to do with the project.

Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post graduate in computer science
• Ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools methodologies and best practices
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope budget and timeline
• Must have decisionmaking and leadership skills.
• Works under pressure
