About the Job:


We are looking for a responsible Project Management Associate Intern to administer and organize all types of projects from simple activities to more complex plans.

The responsibilities include to prepare comprehensive action plans including resources timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks like schedule and risk management along with administrative duties like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. To succeed in this role you should have excellent time management and communication skills as you ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating various project management activities.
  • Engage with clients to understand project requirements scope and objectives.
  • Create project schedules that include materials estimates and manpower needs to be submitted to management
  • Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Contribute to analyzing project risks and opportunities.
  • Assist in documenting project phases and creating summary reports for company management .
  • Create and maintain project documentation and reports.

  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts schedules and stepbystep action plans
  • Solid organizational skills including multitasking and timemanagement
  • Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
  • BSc in Business Administration or related field
  • Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
  • Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools
