What is the job about

The Program Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the success of assigned programs. This position will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive the execution of specific programs in alignment with the organizations strategic objectives.

What will you do

• Collaborate in defining Production Plans contributing to the programs overall strategy.
• Support the development of budgets and operational plans for assigned programs.
• Assist in evaluating program performance identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
• Participate in approving and managing product changes and deviations to meet project objectives effectively.
• Provide regular updates on program status to the programs stakeholders throughout its life cycle.
• Analyze risks associated with program execution and propose mitigation strategies.
• Assist in manufacturing management activities ensuring efficient production processes and resource utilization

What profile are we looking for

Mandatory:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronics Aerospace Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in program management.
• Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
• Excellent timemanagement skills and the ability to establish reasonable and achievable deadlines for resolution.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Valuable:

• Basic understanding of System Engineering.
• Previous involvement in International Projects.
• Familiarity with avionics customers.
• Knowledge of avionics products and functionalities.
