This is a remote position.
Program Manager
Are you an accomplished IT change management / project management professional who enjoys working closely with your coworkers and clients to deliver excellent results Do you have an eye for process improvements and love looking for creative ways to increase efficiency Join this innovative trailblazing fintech company as their new Program Manager. In this role you will develop and implement an effective program management strategy to ensure the successful implementation of their SaaS solution for new & existing clients. You will develop and maintain plans timelines & budgets monitor & report on team progress provide direction & support for a team of project managers and drive change management & continuous improvement initiates. This is a fulltime permanent fully remote position that can be performed in the Eastern to Mountain time zones within the United States (EST work schedule).
Requirements
Must Haves
- Proven background as a program manager overseeing multiple projects in the financial industry
- Strong experience with change management with a track record of driving successful adoption and change within organization
- Expertise in developing and managing project plans timelines and budgets
- Excellent methodical organizational skills with the capacity to manage various assignments simultaneously
- Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities; able to identify and mitigate issues and risks
- Strong leadership and communication skills; background effectively collaborating with crossfunctional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
NicetoHaves
- Experience in the fraud and disputes industry
- Background working with SaaS products
- PMP certification

Must Haves Background managing a product road map and multiple internal & client stakeholders Experience with the agile, iterative development of SaaS products; passion for software solutions Excellent proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Strong people and client-focus with a track record of translating stakeholder visions into actionable product development steps Hands-on, strategic, and tactical leader with demonstrated success leading a team (i.e., decreased turnover, focus on professional growth, meeting company goals, excellent team dynamic) Highly organized and goal-oriented with the capacity to effectively prioritize work and thrive in a deadline-driven environment Demonstrated hands-on understanding of banking principles, with an emphasis on fraud and disputes
