How do you contribute to the team

We are looking for a superdriven and eager colleague to take our efforts to the next level. You will actively participate in product networks and the craft community with other ParkBee business lines.

Main tasks/responsibilities:

• Full ownership of the product vision strategy product goals success metrics and roadmaps for ParkBee SaaS services targeting each of the business lines we serve (residential office and hotel) the ParkBee OS and the marketplace API for partners.
• Deeply committed to solving customer partner and stakeholder problems and finding opportunities to grow our market share.
• Collect data as necessary to inform product direction whether in the form of health metrics competitive intelligence or other business metrics. Solicit and embrace critical feedback.
• Responsible for maintaining a prioritization framework that facilitates clear and simple decisionmaking.
• You maximize impact on the marketplace market expansion for ParkBee locations and value for the location owners. You do this based on customer needs user experience product quality and business value while balancing technical feasibility and risk.
• With the designers you work on delivering bestinclass experiences that meet and exceed what our customers and partners expect from ParkBee.
• Work with the engineering teams early in the problem definition phase you take everyone along towards the needed outcome. Ensure a minimum of organization and overhead are needed to get solutions to customers feedback.

We are likely to be a match if you:

• You are a selfstarter who is proactive handson curious and motivated. You want to go the extra mile. You get the job done!
• 5 years of enterprise SaaS product management experience.
• Experience working on Platforms ecommerce services and complex technical environments is required.
• Problem solver identify and analyze complex issues and develop a clear approach to solving them
• Excellent communication skills can effectively connect with stakeholders in different roles and levels clearly communicate strategic vision and big picture but also specific details. Great writing and presentation abilities.
• Expert stakeholder management and influencing skills Able to bring diverse stakeholders together to agree and move forward with an approach or plan.
• Strong organizational and project management skills lead multiple projects effectively and be experienced with agile methodologies.
• Expert analytical abilities Able to interpret data and trends diagnose problems and recommend effective action plans to resolve issues.
• Ability to thrive and work in a fastpaced resultsdriven environment with multiple responsibilities.
