Product Manager

Airas mission is to advance the next generation of home energy solutions creating intelligent sustainable homes for a meaningful impact. Starting with innovative heat pumps it will evolve into a comprehensive intelligent clean energytech system and include dynamic electrical tariffs cuttingedge home solar systems and advanced battery storage solutions.

Founded in 2022 with already 700 employees and growing Aira aims to drive the clean energy revolution. We are headquartered in Stockholm Sweden. Our factory in Poland brings these innovations to life and our operating markets in are in the UK Italy and Germany.

About the role

In this Product Manager role youll spearhead the development and eventually ongoing management of our new system for integrating PV energy storage and EV charging into our ecosystem. Your primary goal will be to own the product development from conception to market launch and subsequent iterations ensuring it provides a great customer experience that aligns with both consumer needs our ambition for helping customers and technological advancements.

What youll be doing

Your responsibilities will encompass setting clear product specifications informed by market insights commercial viability and technical feasibility. Youll collaborate closely with our development partners to launch a successful first product that meets key product KPIs.

As part of this you will work with internal stakeholders to oversee the evolution of Airas user experience drive a successful launch support marketing efforts and ensure our teams are equipped to effectively promote and install our new system. Postlaunch you will own the products inlife management adapting it based on emerging trends and user feedback.

Overall youll play a pivotal role in defining the products strategic direction and fostering strong relationships with external partners to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

What we would like you to have

• 5 years experience in product development working in a productdriven team that is crossfunctional
• Experience developing hardware products preferably having worked with power electronics and/or in the energy systems sector
• Excellent communication skills and great stakeholder management
• Solution oriented mindset excellent problemsolving skills and ability to take decisions often in a high pressure and ambiguous environment
• Strong leadership abilities able to excite inspire and motivate internal and external collaborators
• Experience building strong relationships with partners
• Experience collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative user data

We would also appreciate if you had some experience with:

• Working with both hardware and software development
• Working in an agile environment
• Experience working at a fastgrowing startup / scaleup
