Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a product vision and strategy that aligns with the companys goals and objectives
• Work with cross organizational stakeholders to define business and user requirements scope projects uphold high usability standards support development and optimize products
• Enhance user experience and ensure continuous improvement on both desktop and mobile platforms
• Work with SEO team and the development team to help manage and help execute technical search optimizations
• Act as the primary point of contact for all web productrelated matters
• Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Organize and present data in a format that is easily consumable by nontechnical users
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Involved in all stages of the product lifecycle

Required Attributes:

• Strong understanding of web development and design
• Good understanding of usercentered design and usability principles
• Experience with product development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing web products
• Familiar with digital concepts like SEO and PPC
• Collaborative and drives alignment across the organization for product enhancements
• Exercises independent judgement
• Receives general direction on assignments with minimal review
• Customer focused goal oriented and have a passion for success
• Work effectively in a team and office environment
• Must show character and responsibility in dealing with sensitive confidential information
